CXAmplify is operated by Dan Leiva, an independent advisory and speaking practice based in the United States. References to "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to CXAmplify.

9. International processing

CXAmplify is based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

We retain inquiry-related information only for as long as needed to respond to and manage your inquiry, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal, tax, accounting, or other obligations.

We typically retain inquiry-related correspondence for up to 3 years after the last interaction unless a longer period is needed for legitimate business, legal, or compliance purposes. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it from active correspondence records unless we are required or permitted to retain it.

Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings configured in Google Analytics.

11. Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
